她的告别帖，顺手把 AI 编程这两年的变化发展总结了下。
Cat 曾负责 Claude Code 和 Cowork 的产品工作，是推动 Claude Code 从内部工具走向开发者的核心成员之一。
两年前，Claude Code 还只是个小型内部工具。
她试着让它搭一个强化学习环境，花了几十个小时不断引导，全程没亲手写一行代码。
最后居然跑通了，她也因为这次体验加入了 Claude Code 团队。
她回忆，产品刚发的时候，大多数人还在逐条手动点权限批准，主要拿 Claude 回答问题、写写测试。
到现在，Claude Code 在部分套餐里已经默认开启自动权限模式，能直接接手大型代码迁移，甚至从头做新产品。
这中间最值得注意的变化，不只是代码写得更快了，而是人和 AI 的分工变了：从盯着每一步操作，变成定义任务、划好边界，然后放手让它往前推。
Cat 最后感谢了 Claude Code、Cowork 和 Tag 团队，也感谢一直提反馈的用户。
她说，这些产品是团队无数个好点子和想法的总和。至于离职原因和下一步去哪，她还没透露。

Friday was my last day at Anthropic.
Two years ago, when Claude Code was a small internal tool, I asked it to build an RL env. I steered it for tens of hours but never manually wrote a line of code. It worked, I was hooked, and I joined the team.
When we first launched, most people approved every permission prompt by hand and mostly used Claude to answer questions and write tests.
Today, the default is trusting Claude's judgment to auto-approve. Claude does large migrations and builds new products.
Helping build Claude Code into an industry-defining product has been the journey of a lifetime.
Thank you to the incredible team behind Claude Code, Cowork, and Tag. These products are the sum of thousands of great ideas from you. I'll miss working with you all.
